Our Basic Service

RenOption Basic      $490

Our basic service is suitable for most real estate listings and provides everything needed to communicate how a few simple changes can transform a house. In it we provide the following:

• Two RenOps - These two design options can either relate to the same improvement (ie two kitchen configurations) or different areas of the house (ie a kitchen renovation and master suite).
• Renderings - Six high quality renderings of the computer model with different viewpoints available. Three renderings are provided of each of the two RenOps and are suitable for posting to real estate websites or for use in flyers.
• Animations - Each design option will be depicted in a gif animation showing the process of removing existing walls and replacing them with new ones. Walls to be removed are highlighted with a red color and added walls are green.
• 3D Model - The computer model used to create the RenOptions will be provided electronically at the property closing.

These services apply to single story properties of 2,000 square feet or less, and properties with no more than three bedrooms and two and half baths. For larger properties see additional services below.

Additional Services

We offer the following optional services. These options must be selected prior to the initial site survey. Pricing is in addition to the RenOption Basic.

Additional Bed / Bath    $90

For each additional bedroom / bath over the basic service.

Additional Levels     $110

When a RenOption for second or third level of a property is desired. Note: If only one floor of a two story property is to be included in the model then this fee is not required.

Additional Design Option   $90

Additional design options can be provided to complement the two already included in the basic package. Each option includes three renderings and one animation.

Larger Plans    $110

Properties where the floor area exceeds 2,000 sf but is less than 3,000 sf an additional fee is required. For homes over 3,000 sf please contact for a quote.

Estimate Of Probable Cost   $300

We use the actual surface areas and quantities shown in the RenOption 3D model to estimate expected cost of the renovation. Labor and material costs are based on a national database and adjusted for regional influences. The EOP will also included contractor's overhead, demolition costs, and other items. This document can serve as a baseline for comparison when receiving competitive bids from contractors.
