RenOption was formed by an Architect and an Interior Designer with experience in spotting bargain properties with hidden potential. We work with Real Estate Agents to help their clients get the most for their homes. We do this by presenting options to home buyers in a whole new way. We call these "RenOps" and an example is shown below. These 3D models excite potential buyers who appreciate value and want properties with embedded potential.
